At BytLabs, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide clear guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines our procedures for handling service cancellations and refund requests.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your service with BytLabs at any time. To cancel your service, please contact our support team with your account details and cancellation request. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process it within 5 business days.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • Services must not have been substantially used or consumed
  • One-time setup fees and custom development work are non-refundable
  • Pro-rated refunds may be issued for unused portions of subscription services

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom development work
  • Setup and installation fees
  • Services that have been fully delivered or substantially used
  • Third-party services or products that have been activated
